With a tag line "Oyster Bar & Grill" I know what I am in for when there are more than half a dozen oyster topping options and a mixed dozen is my waitresses recommendation ... I'm in heaven!
My partner orders the Prawn & Corn fritters with Prik Nam Plah from the chef's special board & the outcome of our choices proves "sensational".
I choose to order my main course AFTER I have finished my entree in all dining experiences, call it my inner Gordon Ramsay if you may, and although the
5 grade Darling Downs Wagyu Rump from Mornington's highly reputable "Grill" restaurant looks like it has my name written all over it - it's actually this rice cracker crusted Tuna with kaffir lime scented sticky rice, avocado wasabi mousse & carrot, dill salad that my friend had attempted to describe to me last night when I mentioned I was heading to Harba! Amazing! Flawless!
There is nothing I would change about the restaurant, service was savvy, the waitress was friendly & the menu left me begging for more!
Presentation 10/10, Flavour & Fresh Produce 10/10.All I needed to do was manage my way through the Rocky Road styled Panacotta and the night was a total success.
Oh, did I mention the wine list offered plenty of variety, it was budget friendly ($7.5-$10.5 glass of wine, $23 av. entrees $35 mains)
